In 2020, we launched the Roteks Academy online training platform, where our employees can access many pieces of training they will need according to their job descriptions. 
We support the development of our Master's and Ph.D. students by providing them with paid leave when they need it, as well as scholarships in addition to their salaries. 

We believe that being in close communication with universities will contribute to the career development of our graduates, and we think that this belief is indispensable for industry-specific development. From this point of view;

• We organize trainings at universities with professionals among our staff.
• We recruit new graduates with the Management Trainee program.  
• We provide theoretical and practical training lasting approximately 5 months to senior students from Vocational Schools, whom we select for the long-term internship program, and we give them priority in recruitment after their training.
