Honesty and openness are the two key ethical values that form the reputation and success of Roteks.

It is the responsibility of all our employees and stakeholders to understand and protect our ethical values policy.

In accordance with our ethics policy, ROTEKS;

• Aims to fully comply with legislative regulations, ethical and professional principles, and universal rules in all policies and procedures it develops.
• Supports working conditions within the framework of the basic rules of Universal Human Rights and does not compromise on these rules.
• Expects all its personnel to behave honestly and fairly both inside and outside the company.
• In its relations with its personnel and business partners, always observes legal and social rights, and acts fairly.
• Takes the protection of confidentiality of information as a basis in all its relations.
• Complies with ethical rules in its commercial relations, avoids making unfair profits, and requires that all commercial and social decisions be made without basing them on personal interests.
• Works to develop an environmentally sensitive production and life. 

ETHICAL LINE:

For any ethical non-conformities concerning Roteks Tekstil İhr.San.ve Tic. A.Ş to be delivered to the Roteks Tekstil Ethics Committee, an Ethics Line has been established.
Personal information is not requested in any way in the notifications to be made and all information will be kept confidential.

It is the first and foremost assurance of the Management that the persons who report an erroneous behavior in good faith and honesty, or who participate or assist in the investigation during the investigation, will not be harmed.

All reported violations will be examined by the Roteks Tekstil Ethics Committee in a short time and appropriate action/measures will be taken in line with the Board's Decision.
